The first set of equipment they sent did not work so we returned it (at our expense) and received a new set of equipment that did work. They are now automatically deducting from the checking account TWICE a month.
Customer service does not exist. I finally got hold of someone by calling the number for requesting service. But he were not able to help me. He just said we have to return the equipment in order for them to stop charges.
That does not explain why they re charging twice.
Mom is now in a nursing home and we can't seem to stop the charges. Don't use this company!
